I feel compelled to share our wonderful experience with Brooke. We first met her in San Francisco for our engagement photos and instantly felt comfortable. She has such a positive energy; you can’t help but feel at ease during the shoot. The photos were spectacular! We used them for our Save the Date, Christmas Card and even made a canvas to hang above our fireplace in the bedroom. We loved meeting Brooke at the engagement photo shoot because then when our wedding day came the following year, we were like old friends. Of course, the wedding photos were gorgeous. Our biggest complaint was that there were TOO MANY good ones for our album. But what really stood out for us was all the extra effort Brooke put in AFTER the wedding. She took the time to touch-up a few photos, meet with us and my mother in person to help design the photo album, and create the perfect layout. Never once did Brooke say she was busy, or there would be an extra charge for her time… I cannot tell you how willing and helpful she was. It truly is rare to find someone so committed to being helpful and creating the perfect experience for her clients, especially when the shoot was seemingly over. Hiring Brooke was one of the best decisions we made and you cannot go wrong with her!
Brooke and her team are FANTASTIC! True professionals through and through. You go through some many emotions on your big day, and she was such a calming, level-headed source for all. I can not say enough good things about Brooke. Besides her being an amazing photographer she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I have used her three times now (engagement, boudoir, and wedding) and will continue to use her for anything I need. She is such a pleasure to work with and makes the awkwardness of being in front of the camera completely melt away. We had to reschedule our engagement shoot a few times due to various reasons and she was so cool and understating about it and when we were finally able to do it we had so much fun with her doing it and the pictures came out so beautiful. Our experience with Brooke was absolutely fabulous! Since we were unable to shoot engagement photos, and didn’t meet her until the day of the wedding, I was a bit worried that it might be awkward to start, but Brooke made me feel comfortable and calm right from the get-go. She has an amazing presence and attitude that are needed on such a big day! Brooke was organized, patient and willing to go to the extremes to get the great shot. She got in small row boat while pregnant to capture a photo of all of our guests, one that we cherish already!

Shortly after the first photo from our wedding was posted I received several inquiries from friends about what it was like having Brooke as our wedding photographer. I can honestly say today exactly what I said to them. Book Brooke for your wedding day before someone else does. And if somebody else has already nabbed her for your preferred day, consider changing your wedding date because she is absolutely vital to have as part of your wedding.
Brooke’s calm demeanor was the perfect antidote to the various demands & nerves that came along with our wedding. By the end of the day, we were just so thankful for her presence that we didn’t even care what our photos looked like. She was just so refreshing to have with us. She got all the shots we discussed & she made gathering the masses for the classic wedding party photo seem like a walk in the park. And of course, the photos and moments she captured far surpasses our expectations. We will treasure them forever.
