I’ve photographed weddings now for about 12 years, starting my career when my husband surprised me with my first ever full frame camera. From then on I was hooked – my family and friends stuck true to me as I navigated my way through finding my style and photographing anyone who would let me put a camera in their face. This once small business has blossomed into a company that has now photographed over 300 weddings, countless families, engagements, and newborn sessions, as well as brands. If you asked me 12 years ago, I would never expected myself to have a career photographing so many cherished moments, but it has become my dream job and I feel extremely blessed to have worked with the most amazing humans, artists, and vendors.

As I’ve matured and grown as a human, I’ve also evolved as a photographer, but one thing has remained true – I absolutely adore creating something that people get to hold onto forever. Despite doing this for over a decade, photographing these moments and milestones still brings me the same joy as it did when I started 12 years ago. Being able to watch my clients relive the most important day of their life and experience that same joy they felt that day all over again is such a gift and is why I continue to do what I do.

My first thought when we received our wedding photos was “I can’t believe I get to have these forever!!” Brooke is a true professional and adds that charm and comfort that feels like something that can only be created in movies and fairytales. From our engagement pictures to the Big Day, Brooke made my husband and I feel so comfortable and relaxed. Like many boyfriends/husbands, a photoshoot sounds like one of the last things they would want to do but my husband could not get enough of Brooke and all her funny tips. I am 35 years old, born and raised in Ventura County. My family and I still live in Ventura, which is constantly showing us that we never plan to leave.

My husband Zack is a firefighter and we have been married for 11 years. He gifted me my first full frame camera.

Our four amazing kids are Shiloh, Lucy, Chandler, and Warren and when I'm not photographing other people and their families, I'm very busy wrangling and snuggling with my own. Life is full, but in the best way.

My favorite things to do when I'm not working are tending to my garden, taking care of our four kids and pet ducks, and thrifting.
