Before I start rambling about this Mammoth wedding I should start with their sweet proposal story…

I met Taylor and Caitlyn when I had the opportunity to watch from afar as Taylor proposed to Cait on a sweet little row boat in the middle of a incredible lake in the Solvang area. Photographing proposals is always a fun experience especially if you haven’t met the couple before. “Do I stay hiding in this bush, or do I jump out and try not to scare them?” lol! Thats pretty much what was going through my head so I was very thankful when Taylor pointed in my direction and showed Caitlyn that he had hired me to photograph the whole thing.

Fast forward 6 months and we all were together again for their Mammoth wedding. I think its safe to say that Im officially addicted to shooting in the mountains… minus the dry nose and altitude sickness, it was so beautiful. Taylor and Caitlyn had the most intimate ceremony tucked into the mountain side and surrounded by their friends and family. Taylors face when she walked down the aisle brought everyone to tears!

Can not wait to be back in this beautiful place for the next wedding this coming September! Scroll down to see all the prettiness 😉
